SIGLENT has introduced the SDS1000X HD series of digital storage oscilloscopes (DSO), which are equipped with advanced technology for enhanced viewing and analysis of electronic signals. These oscilloscopes come with 2 GSa/s, 12-bit Analog-Digital Converters, low-noise front ends, and are available in bandwidth options of 200 MHz and 100 MHz. They feature a maximum record length of 100 Mpts and can display 2/4 analog channels plus 16 digital channels for mixed signal analysis.

Utilizing Siglent’s SPO technology, the SDS1000X HD series boasts a waveform capture rate of up to 120,000 waveforms per second in normal mode and up to 500,000 in Sequence mode. The devices also include a 256-level intensity grading display and a color temperature display mode for superior visualization. A highly sensitive and low jitter digital trigger system supports a range of advanced triggering modes such as serial bus triggering.

Additional functionalities include History waveform recording, Search and Navigate functions, Mask Test, Bode Plot, and Power Analysis, which enable detailed waveform capture, storage, and analysis. These oscilloscopes also offer measurement and mathematical capabilities, options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, and support for serial decoding.

Designed for user convenience, the DSOs feature a large 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch gestures, complemented by a user-friendly UI that enhances operational efficiency. They also offer options for mouse control and remote web control via LAN, expanding their usability in various settings. Advanced serial bus triggering and decoding capabilities support protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD (decode only), and FlexRay (decode only), catering to a wide range of applications. Additionally, a built-in WebServer enables remote control through a web page over LAN, and the device supports the use of an external mouse and keyboard for further ease of use.
